Your order number
The email address you used at checkout

We’ll resend your tracking link or give you a status update.

⏱ When Will My Order Arrive?

Processing time: 1–2 business days
Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days after shipment

During holidays or carrier delays, shipping may take a bit longer, but we’ll always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

🚚 My Order Says “Delivered” But I Don’t Have It

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you don’t see your package:

Check around your porch, mailbox, side door, or with neighbors
Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation
Wait 24 hours — sometimes carriers mark packages delivered early
